About the Founder
Regina G. Del Priore, an experienced attorney, trainer and executive coach, is the founder of RGD Workplace Consulting.  Ms. Del Priore has practiced for more than ten years and has worked with thousands of employees providing expert counsel, creating inspired leadership and advancing organizational effectiveness.  She specializes in delivering customized learning programs that support client goals and provides advice and consultation to clients on key human resource and employment law matters.

Ms. Del Priore has worked with major corporations and smaller companies in a variety of industries, including entertainment, retail, technology and financial services.  Caliopie Georgiadis, Vice President, Sirius Satellite Radio, describes RGD Workplace Consulting as "an essential resource" that delivers "outstanding business results" through  "effective, professional and excellent" services.

Prior to forming RGD Workplace Consulting, Ms. Del Priore litigated and counseled on labor and employment matters on behalf of management with Littler Mendelson, a national labor and employment firm. Ms. Del Priore also served as counsel in the Employment Law Group of Goldman Sachs and is part of the Axiom Legal group of attorneys.

Ms. Del Priore is a frequent speaker on management training and employment law matters. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Ms. Del Priore earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Emory University and a law degree from Washington University School of Law. Ms. Del Priore is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia.
