"A year ago a new product that was supposed to allow us to compete in a new and large segment of one of our markets was deemed a failure by our sales people. The business was considering scrapping it and investing two years to develop a new product. From the Leadership course, I saw a way. The product is now a success, our customers love it, and our sales people are committed. We are meeting our targets, and we saved two years. I would not have dreamed of taking on this challenge before."
