Training & Litigation Prevention
RGD Workplace Consulting designs and conducts training programs to prevent
and eliminate workplace-based complaints and litigation, as well as foster
a culture of accountability. Our programs ensure that clients comply with
mandatory laws in certain states and also obtain a significant advantage
in other states as a means of defending harassment claims. The programs
are delivered by employment law attorneys and include employment law topics
such as workplace harassment and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The programs
are specialized for executives, managers, staff and individuals.
Our customized training courses are highly interactive and engaging with
role plays, videos, live actors, powerpoint and other cutting edge teaching
methods. We also use small group discussion, stories, case studies and drafting
exercises. Sessions generally run from two to four hours. Listed below are
some examples of RGD Workplace Consulting's training programs.
